Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Ace My Exams grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, the App's content (including questions and explanations) is for educational and preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content within the App. The App is a study aid and should not be considered a substitute for official exam preparation materials or expert instruction. We are not responsible for any reliance placed on such information by you or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
The App may offer a free version with limited features (e.g., limited daily quizzes) and a paid premium subscription version for full, unlimited access.
Subscription prices and available plans will be displayed within the App and on our website. All prices are subject to change without prior notice (though existing subscriptions will generally not be affected until renewal).
Subscriptions are processed via the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Your payment will be charged to your app store account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Access to premium features is subject to an active and valid subscription.
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the App, you agree not to:
The App and its original Content (excluding Content provided by users, if any), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ace My Exams and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ace My Exams.
The App and all its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ace My Exams makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
These Terms supplement and are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of Google Play Store (for Android devices) and Apple App Store (for iOS devices), including their respective privacy policies and payment terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store's terms, the App Store's terms shall govern.
